


Raw Foods: Not Just Another Diet
Many are experiencing the life changing effects of a raw food diet, from losing weight to healing many of today's "uncurable" diseases. The raw vegan diet has been featured on popular TV shows such as Oprah, the Tyra Banks show, and the food network, just to name a few. In a nutshell the raw vegan diet consists of raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds that are not heated above 118% degrees so as not to destroy the vitamins, phytonutrients or enzymes. Although at first this may sound limiting, the possibilities are endless and raw restaurants and raw cuisine is growing in high demand. My passion is sharing the raw food diet with others in two important ways 1.) Equipping readers with the scientific data that exists pointing towards the importance of eating a vegan diet for the prevention of many health problems and 2.) Showing readers how delicous and fun raw foods can be!

I hope to give you a chance to take control of your health and your life all while having fun and without denying yourself the foods that you love. I offer important factual scientific information to my readers about the vegan lifestyle.
